What's included in every plan?
Register, Back Office, and Customer Display come with every plan. Offline mode, age verification, and tax by jurisdiction aren't add-ons — they're how Xita works out of the box.
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
No. Xita runs on standard Windows registers and common peripherals — receipt printers, label printers, USB scanners, and supported card payment terminals. Use what you have or buy off the shelf.
Is there pilot pricing?
Yes. We're onboarding a small group of founding pilot stores at pilot pricing in exchange for real-counter feedback. If that's you, mention it when you reach out.
